Claire Martin
Claire Martin is a PhD candidate in Genomics at Universite Paris-Saclay, supervised by Prof. Olivier Delattre. Her thesis applies single-cell RNA sequencing and spatial transcriptomics to characterise tumour heterogeneity and immune evasion mechanisms in paediatric Ewing sarcoma, identifying transcription factor dependencies as candidate drug targets. Eleven publications in Cancer Cell, Nature Communications and Clinical Cancer Research document her genomic and functional findings. Claire completed a three-month secondment at the Wellcome Sanger Institute and was awarded the Gustave Roussy Foundation Prize for translational oncology. She has been shortlisted for scientist positions at oncology biotech companies in Paris and Basel. Her single-cell atlas of Ewing sarcoma is freely available through the Human Cell Atlas consortium.
